The space
Welcome to Villa Dahlia, located in Shannon, surrounded by nature. This chalet, with its beautiful wooden cathedral ceiling, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. In addition to the 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, there is a sofa bed available in the living room as well as in the game room for added flexibility. The open-concept layout is ideal for social moments, with large windows offering stunning views of the natural surroundings. The fireplace adds a warm touch, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
The game room is equipped with a billiard table that can be converted into a ping-pong table, and there is also a foosball table. Two smart TVs and internet access are at your disposal.

En cas de problème, Chalets Confort et le propriétaire en seront informés. Le locataire doit signaler tout bris ou dommage survenu pendant son séjour. Le locataire est responsable de tout dommage matériel ou corporel causé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la location durant la période de séjour. Le locataire et toute personne présente sur les lieux dégagent le propriétaire de toute responsabilité en cas de réclamation liée aux dommages dont ils seraient responsables.
Le locataire s'engage à respecter les voisins et les résidents du secteur, en maintenant un niveau de bruit raisonnable à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Après 23 h, le bruit doit être réduit au minimum, particulièrement à l'extérieur.
Conditions: L'établissement est non-fumeur. Au départ, les déchets doivent être déposés dans les lieux prévus à cet effet. Seules les personnes mentionnées dans la réservation sont autorisées à séjourner. Le non-respect des règles ou conditions peut entraîner des frais supplémentaires. We would like to inform you that our cleaning team performs a thorough inspection after each stay to identify any missing or damaged items. In case of any issues, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the rental period. The tenant and any other person present on the premises release the owner from any liability in case of claims resulting from damages for which they are responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level both inside and outside the property. After 11 pm, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions: The property is non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Only the individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may result in additional fees. Pets allowed with restrictions and additional charge. To book this Chalets Confort property, you must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid ID.
