Welcome to "La Signature Guy spa" chalet, located in the heart of the beautiful Pohénégamook region. This lakeside retreat is a true invitation to relaxation and communion with nature.
Immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty as soon as you step through the door. The stunning lake backdrop is enhanced by the warm architecture of the chalet. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, offering an impressive panoramic view of the lake.
The chalet features 3 bedrooms, with one king bed in the first bedroom and two queen beds in the other two bedrooms. It's an ideal accommodation for up to 6 people, providing the perfect setup for rest and rejuvenation.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare home-cooked meals while enjoying the lake view. Nespresso and Espresso coffee machines are available for your convenience. With an open layout, you can cook while chatting with your friends or family. The adjacent dining area, with its large wooden table, sets the perfect ambiance for intimate dinners or lively gatherings.
The living room, with its comfortable sofa and crackling fireplace, is the ideal spot to cozy up with a good book or enjoy a family movie night.
Outside, a spacious terrace offers a place for alfresco dining, sunbathing, or simply appreciating the scenery as well as a 4-season spa.. Direct access to the lake allows for a variety of outdoor activities. Pohénégamook is renowned for its lake (swimming, canoeing, fishing), hiking and cycling trails, as well as numerous winter activities (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and ice fishing). At the chalet, you'll find: 2 kayaks
1 Paddle Board, snowshoeing (2 pairs) to do at the golf course 5 minutes from the chalet.
Restrictions: Before proceeding with your reservation, we kindly ask you to consider some important restrictions. Generally, we require a minimum stay of two nights. However, this duration may be extended to three nights or more during certain periods of the year and holidays. A security deposit of $500 is required. The person in charge of the stay must be at least 21 years old.

En cas de problème, Chalets Confort et le propriétaire en seront informés. Le locataire doit signaler tout bris ou dommage survenu pendant son séjour. Le locataire est responsable de tout dommage matériel ou corporel causé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la location durant la période de séjour. Le locataire et toute personne présente sur les lieux dégagent le propriétaire de toute responsabilité en cas de réclamation liée aux dommages dont ils seraient responsables.
Le locataire s'engage à respecter les voisins et les résidents du secteur, en maintenant un niveau de bruit raisonnable à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'établissement. Après 23 h, le bruit doit être réduit au minimum, particulièrement à l'extérieur.
Conditions: L'établissement est non-fumeur. Au départ, les déchets doivent être déposés dans les lieux prévus à cet effet. Seules les personnes mentionnées dans la réservation sont autorisées à séjourner. Le non-respect des règles ou conditions peut entraîner des frais supplémentaires. Les animaux sont interdits. We would like to inform you that our cleaning team performs a thorough inspection after each stay to identify any missing or damaged items. In case of any issues, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the rental period. The tenant and any other person present on the premises release the owner from any liability in case of claims resulting from damages for which they are responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level both inside and outside the property. After 11 pm, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions: The property is non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Only the individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may result in additional fees. Pets are not allowed. To book this Chalets Confort property, you must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid ID.
